A Stated Intention is what you are going to do given everyone's positions and their Stated Intentions.
Intentions in Drama Theory must be stated and declared.
They are referred to as Stated Intentions to reinforce this.
A Stated Intention can have been irreversibly carried out. If an intention has been irreversibly carried out and it flouts the position of one of the parties, that party has a special kind of PersuasionDilemma that may lead to revenge.

Parties’ stated intentions are what they say they will do (each with its own options) if current positions and stated intentions do not change. They constitute either an agreement or a threatened future.
A particular stated intention is the adoption or rejection of a particular option. If an option is left open, this means that no intention has been stated in relation to it—i.e., the option owner has not said what it will do, but has left others to guess. Often, however, a stated intention is assumed if nothing is said. For example, saying nothing about a price reduction is often taken to mean, “No price reduction”.

In a Confrontations ManagerTM options board, the stated intentions column is always the column that follows the first party’s position. It is made up of parties’ stated intentions together with the left-open options concerning which no intention has been stated or implied.
The stated intentions column represents an agreement (and is labeled a) if it fits into every position—i.e., does not flout any proposal. Otherwise, it represents a threatened future, and is labeled t.
Note: a proposal (the adoption or rejection of an option as part of some party's position) is flouted by leaving the corresponding option open in the stated intentions column, just as it is by stating an opposite intention.
